  • You do not need to have a pelvic floor issue or concern to see us.

    Pelvic floor physiotherapists have detailed knowledge of anatomy, mechanics and physiology which can help to educated you on yours and answer any questions you may have.

    We are extensively trained through postgraduate education with significant clinical experience in the area of pelvic floor physiotherapy

  • At self physiotherapy, we are extensively trained in the anatomy of those assigned female at birth.

    However, we do not discriminate, and provide a safe, judgement free place that offers privacy and confidentiality.

    Should we feel you would be best suited by the extensive knowledge of one of our colleagues/connected physiotherapists, we will ask your consent to refer you, and provide you with the details to make sure you receive the best possible care.
